Chicken Spice Mix

This is a nice chicken spice mix that came from the Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs recipe. I use this spice mix with lots of other chicken dishes or any other cooked chicken. I always add it to my chicken wings! I usually 8x this recipe and keep it in a jar so it's always ready.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp
    Salt
  • 2 tsp
    Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    Onion powder
  • 2 tsp
    Italian seasoning (I use double this, often)
  • 1 tsp
    Black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    Paprika

Directions

  1. Mix together well.
  2. Sprinkle moderately on poultry of choice.
